
Broadband pulse pattern generators for hardware-based pseudo random binary sequences (PRBS) and memory-based user programmable bit patterns at data rates between 10 Mbps and 56 Gbps. Complete bit error rate tester (BERT) in combination with a Sympuls error analyzer. The separately available amplifier and multiplexer modules allow to increase the output amplitude and extend the bitrate beyond 100 Gbps. Available as single-channel or mult-channel devices with up to 8 synchronous, but independently programmable output channels for a wide range of test and measurement applications, e.g. OC-192 / STM64, OC-768 / STM 256.
